Macrobiome co-occurrence networks
The macroorganismal family-level co-occurrence networks of the ITCER site are continuously computed using the information from the ITCER Macrobiome Image Gallery. Current versions must be regarded as preliminary due to insufficient sample representativeness and to serve as a proof of concept. The node icons are precursory and under construction. In the upcoming version, the edge width reflects the species pair abundances within the respective family pairs.
